The methodologies I use combine science and compassion in a powerful combination to overcome all your beliefs about alcohol which are keeping you stuck. The process changes your thoughts and beliefs at a conscious and importantly also at a sub-conscious level, freeing you to live the life you truly deserve
Simon Priest Bsc (Hons),
Alcohol is everywhere. Society makes the person not drinking feel like the one who has made the "wrong" decision or is missing out or not having fun - but is that really true? Societal beliefs can be challenged - maybe your true beliefs and values are different to this?....
There are countless benefits to cutting down on alcohol or becoming alcohol free. Just some of these are: Improved mental health, better sleep, weight loss, increased physical fitness, improved immune system and more energy. On top of all of this, it will significantly reduce your risk of serious illness (Alcohol is thought to cause up to 14 types of cancer).
Despite commonly accepted societal beliefs to the contrary, generally you will experience a much better enjoyment of many situations in life without the numbing effects of alcohol reducing your true authentic feelings. Difficult or challenging times will also be easier to navigate with a clear head and more energy.
At Trail to the Top, we really dig deep into your underlying beliefs about alcohol and the role it plays in your life. We take a look at where these beliefs come from, question them and start to reframe alcohol so that it no longer is important in your life. From there we build a Path to Freedom allowing you to embrace life to the full and live out your true potential.

In September 2023 I took a 1 month break from alcohol with the assistance of "The Alcohol Experiment" - an online 30 day course by Annie Grace and This Naked Mind. On day 31 I felt different - something in me wanted to keep going and so I did. I have not had any alcohol since and my life has improved in more ways than I could have imagine
In September 2023 I took a 1 month break from alcohol with the assistance of "The Alcohol Experiment" - an online 30 day course by Annie Grace and This Naked Mind. On day 31 I felt different - something in me wanted to keep going and so I did. I have not had any alcohol since and my life has improved in more ways than I could have imagined. Throughout 2024 I continued with the same methodology on the year long "Path", also created by Annie Grace and then signed up to train to be a Coach in Affective Liminal Psychology (ALP) so that I could also help others find their freedom.
A range of courses and packages are available and the options are discussed in more detail during a FREE discovery call (book via "Online appointments" ) ranging from 30 day guided courses to 3 month bespoke packages.

ALP stands for Affective Liminal Psychology. This is often referred to as "The science of the system of self", examining the psychology and science of beliefs and changing those beliefs into ones which serve us better
Coaching sessions are for you to talk through your beliefs and with the guidance of me as your coach, re-evaluate how you view alcohol and its role in your life. Using specific techniques and open discussion you will establish new empowering life goals and change your perception of alcohol for ever.
The length of a coaching program depends on the individual and their goals. Some programs may last a few months, while others may last longer.
